Dar Abul-Qasim Order Policy

Packages may be sent by air or sea cargo.  Please note that all airlines charge for a minimum weight of 45 kg.  In order to receive an air freight quotation, provide us the airport’s name and city from where the items will be picked up.  It is also required that the airport has a custom’s clearance department. Air cargo generally takes 5-10 days.  Sea cargo varies from 6-12 weeks.  (We are unable to provide sea cargo estimates, but generally, sea cargo is used for orders larger than 200 kg.)  Although the occurrence is unlikely, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise after it leaves our warehouse.  If you choose to add insurance coverage, you must indicate that when asking for a quotation.

To receive a list of all our publications or a proforma invoice, email [email protected].
